Juju PMD

PMD nymphs are small slender mayfly nymphs that inhabit many streams and spring creeks out West. Known as Pale Morning Duns, they are members of the famous Mayfly Genus Ephemerella, Species: infrequens, inermis and lacustris. A very prolific aquatic insect, PMD hatches can run from late spring to early October making them an important Western Mayfly. As the name implies this is usually a morning hatch (water temperature trigger 55-60 degrees) with a duration of several hours. This pattern is a colorful variation of a PMD nymph that really stands out in off colored or dark water. It is also a good choice when fishing spring creeks.Hook sizes #16 to #20
